Our Vision
The Junior Avalanche Volleyball Club provides a high-performance experience in all aspects of the club season. We believe that when athletes are placed in an environment that matches their goals, the sky is the limit for their growth, both as volleyball players and as young leaders.
Core Aim
Our main objectives of the Junior Avalanche Volleyball Club are to:
Create a strong culture that attracts athletes who are not only skilled, but also great teammates that demonstrate our values.
Provide this group of similar minded athletes a high performance environment to learn and thrive in.
Guide our players to embrace the process by practicing with consistency and discipline.
