General Principles
At Junior Avalanche, we strive to:

Show sportsmanship, leadership, and fairness, and stand against discrimination or unfair behavior.
Create an environment where everyone is treated equitably and the spirit of the game is honored.
Player Code of Conduct
As a player, I will:
Play because I love the game and enjoy being part of the team.
Stay free from alcohol, nicotine, and drugs during club activities.
Treat teammates, opponents, coaches, officials, and parents with respect.
Choose positive actions—no violence, harassment, or offensive language.
Play by the rules and respect the game and my opponents.
Value effort, learning, teamwork, and fun as much as winning.
Show good sportsmanship and respect the decisions of coaches and officials.
Follow all club policies and social media guidelines.
Parent Code of Conduct
As a parent, I will:
Support my child’s participation in a positive, pressure-free way.
Focus on enjoyment, effort, and growth over winning.
Encourage respectful behavior and positive conflict resolution.
Celebrate effort and improvement, not criticize mistakes or losses.
Be a positive role model by supporting all players and respecting officials.
Help create a safe, welcoming environment free from abuse.
Appreciate the time and dedication of coaches and volunteers.
Follow all club policies and social media guidelines.
